Lauren is from Worcester, MA. She is passionate about teaching navigation, wilderness medicine, first aid and outdoor skills. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, backpacking, Australian Football, climbing, trail running, cooking, studying nature, yoga, and hangout with her family and dog.
